Over the years Ralph Wiggum has been known as the stupid one on the hit t.v. show, "The Simpsons". But is he really a smart boy hiding under that yellow skin? Homer Simpson had crayons in his nose, making him stupid. Could Ralph had done the same thing with paste? The only person who can answer that is Matt Groening himself! I guess we will never know.
